Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped from our location in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days via Canada Post. Delivery times vary between 4-10 business days for most US and Canadian destinations and 5-15 business days for International shipments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All products purchased from our on-line store will gladly be exchanged or accepted for return. Unless found to contain a manufacturing defect, we must receive the products in their unopened and resellable state. The customer is responsible for the return shipping payment and assumes responsibility for the return package insurance for the full purchase amount. Refund amount is limited to the full cost of the products purchased less a restocking fee, and does not include shipping or administrative fees incurred by the customer. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the cost of purchases, or $15, whichever is greater, to cover our administrative fees.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION:
Before returning your products, please contact our store within one (1) week of the delivery date to start the return process and get a return authorization. We will need your order #, the product you wish to return or exchange and an explanation of why.

Once authorized, please enclose the following with your shipment:

  • the original invoice
  • in case of a manufacturers defect, the details outlining the type of defect.
  • your contact details including phone number and your e-mail address.

NOTE: Customers from outside of Canada must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, that it contains return goods. We will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied. Once the returned items are received in good order new ones will be sent out or a refund will be issued.
